Program Portal
Boundless Liberation™ is a 12-month container with a robust curriculum that allows you not only to access, but to build and sustain what you need to take control of your own liberation in the way your private practice is built. With the support of assessment psychology, belief-driven frameworks, and anti-oppressive approaches, you will learn to create a business that is values-aligned and thriving. With this process, you will build an accessible, flexible, six-figure private practice.
Once-weekly coaching
For 30 weeks, you will receive high-level coaching and feedback in a group format. These calls occur once per week for 90 minute blocks. These are live coaching calls. During these calls you will learn business principles and challenge any mindset blocks that are holding you back from building the private practice you always wanted.
Personalized Assessment and 1:1 Feedback Sessions
You will receive a 360-assessment prior to the start of the coaching program to help me identify your unique mental health and working styles profile necessary to helping you succeed in your business. We engage in a 1:1 feedback session about your results and you receive a written report to continue to refer back to during our coaching sessions.
Review, Feedback, and Asynchronous Support
You will have an opportunity to submit your work for feedback and review. Example of work may include, forms and policies for your practice, website design, social media marketing review and more. This will be your opportunity to get feedback into any materials you produce for your business.
Access to Wealth Pricing
Tier 1 – Redistribution Tier
$21,000 – $25,000
✓ For those who have higher earning power (i.e., established private practice owners, consultants, supervisors), are reimbursed by their employer, are clinicians with more privilege who want to redistribute resources. This tier subsidizes access for folx at access tier.
Tier 2 – Standard Tier
$16,000 to $20,000
✓ For those who have stable income and can pay the full cost of the program without financial strain or hardship, but may not have excess to supplement the Access Tier.
Tier 3 – Access Tier
$13,000 – $15,000
✓ These is for clinicians who may be early in their career, are Black clinicians disproportionately impacted by systemic underpayment (i.e., Social Workers), are transitioning out of agency work, or have financial constraints but want to pursue this model. This tier is not a “discount.” It is an equity strategy.
