The Program
PHASE 1: The Asessment
- You will receive an individualized mental health and work skills assessment to identify your unique business owner profile to utilize during the coaching and beyond.
- Via the RUNN method™, you will unlearn harmful misconceptions, challenge ableism, and trace life narratives governing how you run your business.
- You will define your values and vision for a decolonized, inclusive practice.
PHASE 2: Building Inclusive Foundations
- You will learn to the nuts & bolts. This includes 1) legal, ethics, documentation, risk, 2) Pricing, onboarding, marketing, roadmap, 3) Marketing, 4) Financials and 5) long-term growth strategy.
- You will challenge the nuts and bolts via the Values Alignment Audit™
- You will interrogate your marketing via the Media Scrutiny Audit™
- You will implement strategies to create an accessible, equitable, and culturally responsive practice.
PHASE 3: Sustainability, Growth, & Community Care
- You will address issues of maintaining or scaling your practice in a way that is values-aligned.
- You will learn about community care as a business model and creating group programs for systematically oppressed communities.
- For those scaling, we will delve into anti-oppressive hiring practices.
- For those maintaining we will create a long-term vision for your practice and its impact on the community.
